Privacy for Rousie enquiries
When you apply for a Rousie pilot, we collect the details you submit: your name, phone number, suburb, trade, quoting frequency, current quoting tool and an email address if you provide one. We use these to respond, check pilot fit and availability, and organise your next steps.
Your application
Enquiries are stored in our lead-management system and made available to the people handling the Rousie pilot. Our hosting and configured email or SMS providers process information needed to store the enquiry and deliver notifications. We retain enquiry details while handling the enquiry and the resulting business relationship. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
Hosting and overseas processing
We use Railway to host the landing page and enquiry system. The production services currently run in the United States, so enquiry information is processed and stored overseas. Meta and Microsoft also process measurement information through their global services.
Measurement and advertising
We measure how the page is used, including which sections, buttons and form steps visitors reach, and we attach campaign labels to an application so we can understand where enquiries come from. We use a random visitor identifier for up to 30 days and may show you a consistent page variant to compare layouts or copy. Measurement sessions and their events are removed after 90 days by a daily cleanup. Measurement events do not contain the name, phone number, email or text you enter in the form. We also use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors scroll, click and move through the page, including session replays, so we can see where the page is unclear. What you type into the form is masked before it is sent to Microsoft. Clarity uses cookies, and Microsoft collects this information and may use it for its own purposes, including improving its products and Microsoft Advertising, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use the Meta pixel and share page views and successful applications with Meta, including hashed phone or email details and browser information, so we can see which ads bring enquiries. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. To ask about your information or have it deleted, use the contact options below or request a callback.
This notice covers the Rousie landing page and pilot enquiries. Handling job-site recordings, customer quotes and price books is covered separately during pilot onboarding. Updated 2 October 2026.
