JobWalk · built with Perth sparkies

Quote the whole job. Not just what they asked for.

You walk and talk like you always do. JobWalk builds the whole scope from your own price book — it never invents a price — and lines up options the site actually supports. You decide what the customer sees.

Run it on 5 real quotes

A$149 refundable deposit · we build your book by hand · 5 Perth spots a month

Demo: an electrician talks his way through a walk. JobWalk types up each moment, prices two of them from his own price book, flags the oven fault as an open question instead of guessing a number, and adds a switchboard upgrade as an option priced separately — outside the subtotal for the required work.

The problem

A quote loses money in two directions.

Work you never quoted

  • the extra light she asked about
  • the board that’s due
  • the sensible upgrade you didn’t think to mention

Work you never wrote down

  • the tight ceiling access
  • the isolator that wasn’t there
  • the patching you said out loud

One walks out the door unpaid. The other comes out of your margin.

And the paperwork

The quote’s still done before you drive off.

You worked out what needs doing while you were standing in front of it. Without JobWalk that goes home with you — three photos and a price rebuilt from memory after tea. With it, you check the quote in the ute and send.

How it works

What a walk looks like.

  1. 01

    Walk and talk

Hold the button and say it like you’d say it to a mate. Snap photos as you go — each one lands beside the words you said when you took it.

  2. 02

It builds the quote from your book

Every line is picked from your own price book — your rates, your markups, your task names. If your book doesn’t cover something, JobWalk doesn’t guess. It asks. If the site supports an option, it lines that up too — separate from the must-do work.

  3. 03

    Check it, send it

Two minutes through the flagged bits, then the customer gets a clean, signed-ready quote link — before you’re out of the driveway.

Options and add-ons

It only suggests what the site supports.

No script and no push. If the board’s full or the room’s dark, JobWalk lines up the option with the reason attached, priced from your book. You approve it, change it, or bin it — nothing reaches the customer without your say-so.

↳ because: ceramic fuses, no RCDs · priced from: your book

  • OptionOutdoor sensor light — side pathbinned by you

Scope check

It asks about what’s missing before the price goes out.

JobWalk checks your scope against your book — quantities against what you said, tasks against what your book expects them to include — and hands you a short list of straight questions for anything that doesn’t add up. If it can’t back a number, it flags the line instead of guessing.

⚑ Open questionnot priced
“Ahh, the oven — she reckons it trips sometimes? Didn’t get eyes on it.”

Fault cause unknown, so JobWalk won’t put a number on it. Quote it after diagnosis, or exclude it in writing — either way it’s on the page, not in your head.

No guessing

Every line shows where it came from.

The moment you said it, the exact entry from your book that priced it, and what it assumed — all on the line. You approve every quote before it goes anywhere; nothing sends itself.

The Walk-Off Guarantee

Worst case: you keep the book.

Run JobWalk on five real quote visits. If you don’t want to keep it after that, your $149 comes straight back — and the price book we built stays yours. No forms, no minimum hours.

Straight up

Built because a sparky asked for it.

“If I answer the phone, I know I’m getting that job. I know my pricing, I know my system.”

A Perth electrician, on why he’d never buy an AI receptionist

Fair enough — he’s the best salesman his business has. Then we described this one: talk your way through the walk, quote built from your own book before you leave. He stopped us — “if you build this, I will pay you for it.” So we built it. It’s early: a small number of Perth electricians are running real quotes through it now, and we build every book by hand. That’s why it’s five spots a month, and why we read every pilot quote before it goes out.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does it send quotes without me?

No. Nothing leaves without your approval — you review every line, then send.

How does it know my prices?

We load your price book during setup, and every quote line is picked from that book. If the book doesn’t cover something, you get a question, not a made-up number.

What if it’s not sure about something?

It says so. Uncertain items come back flagged for your review or marked “can’t price yet” — a gap named is fixable, a confident wrong number costs you money.

Will it hassle my customers with upsells?

No. A suggestion only appears when something on the walk supports it, and it never reaches the customer unless you put it there.

Does it replace ServiceM8, Tradify or my flat-rate app?

No — keep them. JobWalk only covers the gap between walking off site and hitting send.

Do I have to talk in front of the customer?

No. Most blokes narrate between rooms or back at the ute, and short moments work fine.

How long does setup take?

You send your last 15–20 quotes and we usually have your book built within a few days. Your effort is roughly one phone call.
